            If approved money to be vired from General Contingency Fund

 

    12.   To receive and consider email re Backwell Youth Club dated 5.3.18 and

            approve request for the second tranche of £1,440 for the next two terms

    14.   To receive and consider email dated 19.3.18 received from Backwell Village Show for funding of replacement signage in the sum of £315

            (if approved funds to be vired from the General Continency Fund)

 

    15.   To authorise expenditure for Clerk and Office Assistant to attend GDPR

            training course in Long Ashton on 30.4.18 at a cost of £40 per attendee

            b.         To authorise expenditure for the month of March 2018

            c.         To authorise expenditure of £628.75 for BPC's subscription to NALC

                        and ALCA for 2018-2019 (£613.86 last year)

d.         To consider renewal of annual membership of CPRE at a cost of £36 (same cost as last year)

Erection of 1no. two bedroom dwelling with car and cycle parking,

refuse and recycling provision

b.         Planning application no. 17/P/5542/FUL Ground Floor, 21 West Town

Road, Backwell - Change of use of ground floor from bar and restaurant

to 1no. 3 bedroom dwelling

c.         Planning application no. 18/P/2352/FUH 48 Church Lane, Backwell -

Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a new larger conservatory

            d.         Planning application no. 18/P/2482/FUH 47 Westfield Road, Backwell -

Demolition of single storey side extension and chimney stack.  Construction of new two storey side extension and replacement of

existing roof tiles

            e.         Planning application no. 18/P/2602/NMA 32 Church Lane, Backwell

                        Non-material amendment to 17/P/2391/F (Erection of a two storey

                        extension to the rear of the property, upgrading of existing two storey

                        extension to the south of the property including extension of main roof) to                     link the two front bays together with a new cavity wall extending to the

south. Change of cladding material on the upper storey of the rear extension from Zinc panels to horizontal timber cladding

            f.          Planning application no. 18/P/2365/FUH 36 Westfield Road, Backwell -

                        2 storey side extension following demolition of garage
