            To receive and confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the Parish Council

            To reappoint Committees (Planning and Rights of Way) - (please see attached        Schedule)

10        To appoint representatives to outside bodies (please see attached Schedule)

            and to consider revocation of BPC's Chairman's position, for a period of

            1 year, as Trustee on the Parish Hall Management Committee, and to appoint            a Parish Council representative
