18.       To receive and consider letter from Landscape Services (South West) Ltd dated 21st February 2017 re quotation for weekly playground visual inspection service at a cost of £60 + VAT per month for Oatfield and Moor Lane Play areas (please see Clerk's Report)


19.       To consider extension of Landscape Services (South West) Ltd contract for grass cutting from April 2017 to March 2018 at a cost of £5,041.13 + VAT per annum (please see Clerk's report)
