The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 16.7.09, copies having been
circulated were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting and signed by

5. UPDATE ON BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PLANNING APPLICATION
Cllr T Collinson updated members on the objections from Parishes surrounding the Airport
056 and beyond in respect of the BIA Planning Application
6. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING PLANNING APPLICATIONS:-

Town, Backwell - Mrs L Nolan - 1 x Portugal Laurel - Fell
057 Resolved: Unanimously no objection
b. Planning Application No. 09/P/1297/F - 9 Kellways, Backwell -
Mr S Laycock - Erection of a single storey garage extension to rear of property
058 Resolved: Unanimously no objection
