4. Minutes
The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 19.11.09 copies having been
circulated were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting and signed by
004 the Chairman. 2 abstentions.
005 7.02 pm Cllr G Wills left the meeting as he had declared a prejudicial interest in the
following agenda item:
5. To consider variation to Backwell Parish Council's Planning Application No. 09/P/2183/F - Backwell Youth Club Building, Backwell Playing Field, Rodney Road, Backwell to read "continued use of portacabins for community activities as follows: crèche, preschool groups, after school groups, youth clubs and activities related to community sport and community recreation between the hours of 0800 and 2200 - also management between 0730 and
0800 and 2200 and 2230.
006 Resolved: Unanimously planning application no. 09/P/2183/F be amended to read
"continued use of portacabins for community activities as follows: crèche, preschool groups, after school groups, youth clubs and activities related to community sport and community recreation between the hours of 0800 and 2200 - also management between 0730 and 0800 and 2200 and 2230."
007 7.03 pm Cllr G Wills returned to the meeting and was advised of the above resolution
There being no further business the Chairman thanked everybody for attending and closed the meeting at 1903 hours
