MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2017 IN BACKWELL PARISH HALL, BACKWELL, AT 1900 HOURS

007      The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 15.12.16 were confirmed as a    correct record by those present at that meeting

 

5.         Update on Moor Lane

008      No update at present

 

6.         Update on Farleigh Fields

009      Members noted the Chairman's comments

 

7.         To consider the following planning applications:

a.         Planning application no. 17/P/0202/F The Cottage, Potters Hill, Felton -    

            Erection of a garage with a pitched tiled roof and double barn doors at the

            front - Mr P Clark

010      Noted

b.         Planning application no. 17/P/0233/F Former BT Radio Research Laboratory,

            Long Lane, Backwell - Erection of 4no. detached dwellings with associated

            landscaping following demolition of the former BT Radio Research Laboratory

            buildings and associated hard standing - SPANA Trust Corporation, c/o agent
