Children’s Competition! As part of the Neighbourhood Plan Community Engagement Drop-In Event tomorrow, Backwell Parish Council are running a fun and inspiring creative competition for primary school-aged children – with two categories to choose from: Draw a picture Write a poem The theme: Backwell of the Future – 2027 to 2040 Prizes will be awarded to one winner in each category! It’s a great opportunity for children to unleash their imagination and share their vision of what Backwell could look like in years to come — flying cars, green spaces, smart houses... anything goes! When: Tomorrow, 19th June, at the Neighbourhood Plan Community Engagement Drop-In Event Where: 2.00pm–7.30pm at Backwell Parish Hall Look for the children’s competition table when you arrive — everything needed to enter will be provided.
