083                  Resolved: Unanimously Backwell Parish Council object to this application as there is already currently existing planning permission 16/P/2924/F for a zip wire installed on the Backwell Playing Fields granted on 23 January 2017.  Backwell Parish Council is of the opinion that the current complaints due to noise impact on the local residents can be alleviated to some degree by imposing a condition that the current zip wire must be secured at night to prevent out of hours anti-social use causing a detrimental impact to the neighbouring residential properties

084                  There being no further business the Chairman thanked everybody for attending and closed the meeting at 1915 hours
