MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 21ST JUNE 2018 IN BACKWELL PARISH HALL, BACKWELL, AT 1900 HOURS

  1. To elect a Chairman

011     Resolved: Unanimously Cllr S Mitchell be elected as Chairman to the Planning Committee. Cllr S Mitchell signed the Chairman’s Acceptance of Office, witnessed by the Office Assistant.

018     The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 19 April 2018 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting

 

  1. Appeal APP/D0121/W/18/3199275 – Prospect Place, The Batch, Backwell

019     As this application is within the Green Belt, Backwell Parish Council support the decision of North Somerset Planning

 

  1. To consider the following planning applications:

020       a.     Planning application no. 18/P/3384/TPO – Church View, Church Town, Backwell – T1 – Ash – Reduce limbs overhanging neighbouring garage (‘The Glade’) back to the boundary line

Resolved: Backwell Parish Council supports the recommendations / decision of the North Somerset Council Tree Officer

 

                    There being no further business the Chairman thanked everybody for attending and closed the meeting at 19.05 hours
