two storey dwellings – Mr J Tailor
059 Resolved: Unanimously Backwell Parish Council objects. In the Council’s opinion the development is out of keeping with the area, and does not comply with GDP/3. It is too close to the neighbours boundary. The access road is inadequate for emergency vehicles, and there is not enough room for additional cars. The A370 has a history of flooding problems, and this development would exacerbate the problem. It is too close to Fairfield School and Fairfield Way and the additional vehicle movements would be a danger to the children.
060 There being no further items of business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 1942 hours
