The Chairman opened the meeting by welcoming everyone present and pointed out the location of the emergency exits and toilets

to say the Parish Council would prefer a licence not to be granted, as they are
of the opinion there are enough licenced retailers already in Rodney Road

the forthcoming Backwell Village Fete, which is being held on Saturday 10th June 2017

191 Members noted a meeting had been sent up with NSC, Biffa, BRA, District Cllr K Barclay and BPC on the 22nd May 2017 to discuss problems at the Civic Amenity site

behind Oakleigh Close
Members noted Cllr H Power’s comments regarding a request for paths
across fields between Hillside Road and Dark Lane/Church Town to be
added to the definitive footpath map published by NSC
