093 No update on Moor Lane at present

6. Update on Farleigh Fields

094 The Chairman informed members a meeting would be taking place on the 18^th October

regarding the Appeal

7. To consider response re consultation on CIL Draft Charging Schedule – deadline for comments are 23.9.16

095 Resolved: Unanimously Cllr S Mitchell, in conjunction with the Clerk, to respond

on behalf of Backwell Parish Council

8. To consider response re consultation on update of local planning application requirements – deadline for comments are 21.9.16

096 Resolved: Unanimously Backwell Parish Council fully supports North Somerset

Council

Resolved: Unanimously no objection, as it is Permitted Development

b. Planning application no. 16/P/2006/F 13 Hilldale Road, Backwell –

Erection of a single storey rear extension and a two storey side

extension front porch and a loft conversion – Mr W Stops
