038 The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 19.3.15 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting
5. To consider the following Planning Applications:
a. Planning application no. 15/P/0689/F 2 Hilldale Road, Backwell –
Loft conversion with dormers to the front, side and rear – Mrs
039 Resolved: Unanimously no objection.
b. Planning application no. 15/P/0719/HHPA The Woodhouse, Backwell
Common, Backwell – Prior approval request for the erection of a single storey rear extension that would 1) extend beyond the rear wall of the original house to 8 metres; 2) have a maximum height of 3.4 metres and 3) have eaves that are 2.7 metres high – Aspect360
040 Resolved: By a majority vote Backwell Parish Council objects, as it does not comply with North Somerset Council’s Green Belt Policy. 1 abstention.
