093 The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 20.8.15 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting

5. To consider amended plans re planning application no. 15/P/1665/F Erection of a two

storey side extension to north elevation at 30 Church Lane, Backwell, BS48 3PQ –

Dr S Falk

094 Resolved: By a majority vote Backwell Parish Council objects, as they are of the

opinion the proposed extension is too large and overbearing and does not conform

to GDP/3 and H3. 1 abstention.

6. To consider the following Planning Applications:

a. Planning application no. 15/P/1955/F Malbro, The Batch, Backwell –

Erection of a two storey rear extension – Mr R Martin

095 Resolved: Unanimously Backwell Parish Council objects, as they wish to comply with North Somerset Council’s Green Belt Policy.

b. Planning application no. 15/P/1976/F 23 Oakleigh Close, Backwell –

Construction of front dormer for loft conversion – Mr J Sepulveda

096 Resolved: Unanimously no objection.

c. Planning application no. 15/P/1984/F 16 Hilldale Road, Backwell –

Erection of a two storey side and a single storey rear extension to

include 4no. rooflights to the rear elevation. Provision for direct

access to the rear garden with glazed bifold doors – Mr R Walter

097 Resolved: Unanimously no objection.

d. Planning application no. 15/P/1990/MMA 10 Chapel Hill, Backwell –

Minor material amendment to planning permission 15/P/1253/F (Replacement of existing velux roof window on rear roof slope with

larger Cabrio balcony velux roof window on existing loft extension)

to allow an additional velux rooflight on rear roof slope – Mr T
