078 The Chairman’s comments were noted re a meeting scheduled to take place next week

regarding seeking legal advice in the event of an appeal

7. To receive and consider email from NSC dated 9.8.16 re consultation on

update of local planning application requirements (deadline 21.9.16)

079 Resolved: Unanimously the Chairman and Clerk to respond on behalf of the

Planning Committee in line with Council policy

Retrospective application for the erection of a replacement agricultural

c. Planning application no. 16/P/1795/RM Bristol Airport, Silver Zone

Car Park, Felton – application for approval of reserved matters for

access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for the erection of

a new car park reception building pursuant to outline planning

permission 09/P/1020/OT2 – Bristol Airport

d. Planning application no. 16/P/1802/F Woolleys Farm, Backwell

Common, Backwell – conversion of existing rural building to 1 no. three

bedroom house including works to raise the roof and erection of a

conservatory. Erection of a detached Biomass store – Mrs Bubbly

like to bring to the attention of NSC Enforcement it has been informed
