007 The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 18.11.15 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting
5. To consider addition of 220 dwellings at Farleigh Fields to the North Somerset Site Allocations Plan (Consultation draft)
008 Cllr R Taylor informed members the recent decision to allocate 220 dwellings at
Farleigh Fields in NSC’s draft Site Allocations Plan was likely to be overturned
6. To further consider NSC Sites and Policies Plan Part 1: Development Management Policies – Proposed Main Modifications consultation: 14th January 2016 – 2nd March 2016 (extended from 26.2.16)

017 Resolved: Unanimously Backwell Parish Council objects, as they feel
it is overdevelopment
