007     The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 15th November 2017 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting

 

  1. To consider the following planning applications:

008       a.     Planning application no. 18/P/2091/FUH – 15 The Crescent, Backwell – The proposed works include, the erection of a single-storey rear extension and a loft conversion (new dormer)

Resolved: Unanimously agreed Backwell Parish Council object to this application.  We fully support the concerns and objections raised by our local resident.  The proposed development as it currently stands will be out of character with other extended properties in The Crescent. There will also be an adverse effect on the residential amenity of the neighbours, by reason of overlooking and loss of privacy

009      b.     Planning application no. 18/P/2507/FUH – 3 Westfield Road, Backwell – Erection of two storey side extension and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing car port and conservatory

Resolved: Unanimously agreed Backwell Parish Council has no

objection to this application

010      c.      Planning application no. 18/P/2763/FUH – 17 Mariners Drive, Backwell – Demolition of existing garage and stores.  Construction of a two-storey side extension with a single storey rear extension and a detached garage

Resolved: Unanimously agreed Backwell Parish Council has no

objection to this application
