106 The minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 15.9.16 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting

6. To consider Appeal Reference APP/DO121/W/16/3153935 Residential

development of up to 220 new dwellings with supporting infrastructure

and facilities including the demolition of 56 Farleigh Road, creation of

new vehicular access from Farleigh Road, open space, landscaping,

draining infrastructure and other enabling works. Land at Farleigh Fields

and 54, 56 & 58 Farleigh Road, Backwell. Charles Church Developments

Ltd. Deadline for comments is 31st October 2016

108 Resolved: Unanimously to include in the local press an article advising those residents

not on email to pass their comments onto the Parish Council by the 31.10.16 and

they will pass onto the Planning Inspectorate
