Backwell Parish Council understands that the lengthy roadworks on Farleigh Road, originally scheduled to last 12 weeks from 23rd September 2024, have now reached 20 weeks due to unforeseen delays.
Persimmon is currently waiting for Bristol Water to complete their service connection before proceeding with the final surfacing. Once this is done, Persimmon will need approval from North Somerset Highways to complete the remaining work.

Traffic management will be removed today until 9th March
