3 Minutes

014 The Minutes of the Rights of Way Committee Meeting held on 7^th August 2008 were confirmed as a correct record by those present at that meeting and signed by the Chair.

4 Update on footpath at Grove Farm, Backwell

The Chair informed members that the owner had agreed to have a Permitted Footpath Route around the problem area as a temporary measure.

015 Resolved: Unanimously that Cllr G Boylan to walk the Permitted Footpath Route at Grove Farm and report back to the Committee

5 Waymarking/Maps – Backwell Round

016 Resolved: It was agreed by members that the Backwell Round required waymarking. The Clerk to write to NSC and request that the waymarkers be returned to Backwell Parish Council
